Barn Rat Program Agreement

This agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities for students participating in the Barn Rat program at Pemberley Riding School.

Program Requirements

Each barn rat visit must include completion of ALL of the following tasks:

• Clean at least one (1) horse stall completely
• Check and refill water buckets as needed
• Check in with a coach or instructor before leaving

Show Team Requirements

Students who are members of the show team must complete a minimum number of barn rat visits per month to maintain their show team status. Specific requirements will be communicated separately.

Safety and Conduct

All barn rats must:

• Follow all barn safety rules at all times
• Work under adult supervision when required
• Treat all horses, equipment, and facilities with respect
• Complete tasks thoroughly and to the best of their ability

Check-In Process

Students must use the digital check-in system to log each visit. Failure to check in may result in the visit not being counted toward program requirements.

By signing below, the parent/guardian and student agree to follow all program guidelines and understand that participation in the Barn Rat program is a privilege that can be revoked if expectations are not met.
